Adding Photos, Videos, Files

Adding photos, videos, or files to your pet’s profile is a great way to enhance it. You can do this under the Files section, where you’re welcome to upload anything from PDFs to photos and videos. Many pet parents use this space to share vaccine records or visual walkthroughs of specific routines—like how to clip a harness, how to administer medications, or where to find supplies.

To add any attachments/files to your pet’s profile, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your client account using your credentials
2. Tap the ☰ menu (top left corner)
3. Select Petcare > My Pets
4. Locate the pet profile you’d like to add a file to
5. Tap the pencil icon (✏️) next to the pet
6. Scroll down to the Files section
7. Click and upload your file(s) accordingly
8. Click Save at the bottom of the page
