Logging In & Managing Your Account

Your Hands N Paws client account allows you to manage services, update pet information, view schedules, and stay connected with our team — all in one place.

Below is everything you need to know about accessing and managing your account.

How Do I Log In to My Account?

To log in to your account:

  1. Open the Precise Petcare app or web portal
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Log In

If you’re logging in for the first time, use the email and password provided in your welcome email after completing your New Client Meet N Greet.

Creating Your Account (New Clients)

Client accounts are created after completing your New Client Meet N Greet.

Once your Meet N Greet has been completed, you’ll receive a welcome email from our team with your login information, along with next steps for setting up your account and getting services scheduled.

If you haven’t received this email or need it resent, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help! 🐾

How Do I Reset My Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Open the app or login page
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter the email associated with your account and click Send Password
  4. Check your email for a temporary password

Once logged in, you can update your password anytime by going to Account → Password Settings.

Can Multiple People Access My Account?

Yes! Multiple people can access and use the same account.

You’re welcome to securely share your email and password with anyone who needs access, such as:

  • Spouses or partners
  • Family members
  • Roommates or housemates

Multiple users can be logged in at the same time — no one will be logged out if someone else signs in.

We simply recommend keeping communication clear between anyone using the account so that updates, scheduling, and notes stay organized and nothing gets mixed up.
