If you’d like to share information that applies to a specific visit or set of visits, the best place to do that is through the Service Notes feature.
Service notes are most commonly added before a scheduled visit begins and work like the digital version of leaving a handwritten note on the kitchen counter (for example: “A few things to note for today…”).
To add a note to a service box, please follow these steps:
Log in to your client account using your credentials
Checkmark the service and click the Add Note button at the top of the screen
In the popup window, type your note then click Add Note
Service notes are view-only for your care team, so sitters can’t reply directly within the note. They’ll typically confirm they’ve received and followed your instructions in the journal report after the visit.
