Accessing Your Hands N Paws Account

This guide covers everything you need to know about accessing your Hands N Paws client account, including logging in, setting up your account, and troubleshooting access issues.

How Do I Log In to My Account?

To log in:

  1. Open the Precise Petcare app or web portal
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Tap or click Log In

If you’re logging in for the first time, use the email and password provided in your welcome email after completing your New Client Meet N Greet.

Creating Your Account (New Clients)

Client accounts are created after completing your New Client Meet N Greet.

Once your Meet N Greet is complete, you’ll receive a welcome email from our team with your login information and next steps for getting set up and scheduling services.

If you haven’t received this email or need it resent, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help! 🐾

How Do I Reset My Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Open the app or login page
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter the email associated with your account and click Send Password
  4. Check your email for a temporary password

If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Once logged in, you can update your password anytime by going to: Account → Password Settings

Can Multiple People Access My Account?

Yes! Multiple people can access and use the same account.

You’re welcome to securely share your login information with anyone who needs access, such as:

  • Spouses or partners
  • Family members
  • Roommates or housemates

Multiple users can be logged in at the same time—no one will be logged out if someone else signs in.

We simply recommend keeping communication clear so that updates, scheduling, and notes stay organized.
