What Can I Do in the App?
Through the Precise Petcare app, you can:
- View and manage your service schedule
- Receive Pet Care Journals after each visit with photos and updates
- Update your personal and pet information
- Add or update payment information
- Send messages to the Hands N Paws support team

How Do I Download the App?
You can download the Precise Petcare app directly from your device’s app store.
Simply search for “Precise Petcare” in your phone’s app store and look for the purple paw icon.

Once installed, log in using the email and password associated with your Hands N Paws client account.
If you’re a new client, your account login information will be sent to you after completing your New Client Meet N Greet.
Can I Access My Account on a Computer?
Yes. While the mobile app is the most common way clients access their account, you can also log in through the Precise Petcare web portal using a computer or browser.
This gives you access to the same information, including:
• Service schedules
• Pet care journals
• Billing and invoices
• Pet and home information
