Removing a Pet

If you no longer need a pet profile in your account—whether your pet has sadly passed away (Deceased) and/or you simply no longer need services for them (Inactive)—you can archive the profile without permanently deleting it. Follow these steps:

  1. Login to your client account using your credentials
  2. Tap the ☰ menu (top left corner)
  3. Select Petcare > My Pets
  4. Find the pet you’d like to remove
  5. Tap the settings icon (⚙️) next to the pet
  6. In the Status dropdown, choose either Inactive or Deceased

Marking a pet as Inactive or Deceased hides the profile from your view but keeps it accessible to our team. Need to reactivate it later? Just contact us—we’ve got you!
