Managing Your Personal Information

Adding/Updating General Personal/Home Info

To add personal and home information to your client account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your client account using your credentials
  2. Tap the ☰ menu (top left corner)
  3. Select Petcare > My Info
  4. Starting at the top, carefully complete each section—Details, Address, Additional Contacts, Home Access, Home Information—making sure all required (*) fields are filled out
  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page

Why do you ask for so much information?
We know it’s a lot—but every question serves a purpose. The Home Access and Home Information sections help us enter smoothly and safely, especially if you have things like a lockbox, alarm system, or tricky parking. We also ask about small details (like thermostat settings or fire extinguisher location) because we care for your home with the same attention we give your pets. If you’re unsure about any fields, don’t stress—just fill out what feels relevant. And as always, feel free to reach out with questions!
Do I have to answer every single question you’re asking?
Nope—you don’t have to answer every single question on the Petcare > My Info page. Just fill out what feels relevant to you. That said, the more complete your home and personal info is, the better equipped we are to provide smooth, stress-free care. Those extra details really do make a difference.
Who has access to my info?
Only whoever is assigned to your service(s) and our management team!
How is my information protected?
Your data is stored securely in our software using encrypted, bank-level security measures to ensure your privacy and protection at all times. Click here to learn more about the software and its data protection measures.
What if something about my home or personal info changes?
Update it immediately in your account (Petcare > My Info) to avoid service issues. Click here for guidance.

📱 Where to Update Your Contact Info

Update your phone number and email by navigating to Petcare > My Info > Details section. Keeping this accurate ensures we can reach you quickly if anything comes up during service.


💸 Where to Add a Service Tip Amount

Want to add a tip for your team member? You can include a tip when confirming your invoice or message our team to add a custom amount. Click here to learn more about tipping policies.


🏡 Where to Update Your Address

Moved recently or using a new service location? You can update your home address under Petcare > My Info > Address section. Be sure to also update parking notes and entry instructions if they’ve changed.


🚨 Where to Update Emergency Contacts

You can list or change your emergency contact under Petcare > My Info > Additional Contact section. This person may be contacted if you’re unreachable during a visit or in case of emergency.


🔐 Where to Update Home Entry and Security Info

Edit lockbox codes, garage keypad instructions, door lock details, or alarm codes under Petcare > My Info > Home Access section. This ensures our team can safely and reliably access your home.


💤 Where to Add Overnight Stay Info (Amenities & Sleeping Arrangements)

If you’re scheduling overnight care, include info about where we should sleep and what amenities are available (guest room, bathroom access, etc.) under Petcare > My Info > Home Information section.


📝 Managing Special Home Instructions

Use the Home Information section to share anything unique about your home—trash days, off-limit rooms, thermostat settings, or other small but helpful details that support a smooth experience.
