Every 3 months, your client account will prompt you to review your pet information under Petcare > My Pets. This is just a friendly reminder to make sure your pet’s profile is still accurate and complete.
Over time, your pet’s routine, diet, behaviors, or even where you store things in your home might shift. Keeping your pet’s profile updated ensures our team has the most current information to provide safe, smooth, and personalized care every time.
What if I don’t have anything to change?
If all the pet info on your My Pets page is still accurate—great! But to remove the reminder and move forward with scheduling or other actions, the system does require a small update.
Here’s what to do:
- Go to Petcare > My Pets
- Locate the pet profile that you’re being asked to update
- Tap the pencil icon (✏️) next to the pet
- Type a placeholder (like a random letter or number) into any field
- Click Save at the bottom of the page
- *This small action will clear the review reminder
