Our Auto-Invoicing System
We require all clients to keep a credit or debit card on file in your client account. This secure payment method allows us to automatically process your invoices without you needing to manually submit payments each time. Your payment information is encrypted and protected with industry-standard security measures. This automatic payment system is mandatory for all service requests to ensure smooth transactions for both you and our care providers.
Our Billing Schedule
We’ve created a straightforward billing schedule to match your service needs. Here’s how it works:
For Ongoing Services
For clients using our recurring services like weekly dog walks or regular grooming appointments (services without a specified end date), our system automatically processes payments every Friday morning at 5 AM. This payment covers all services we’ve provided during the previous seven days. You’ll receive an email notification with your receipt immediately after the payment processes. There’s no action required on your part – the entire transaction happens seamlessly in the background.
Example: If Fido enjoyed walks on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, your Friday morning payment would cover all three walks from that week.
For All Other Services
When you book a service with specific start and end dates, such as a training package or temporary pet sitting during your vacation, our billing system works slightly differently. At the time you confirm your booking, we automatically charge 50% of the total service cost to your card on file. This deposit secures your appointments. The remaining 50% balance is automatically charged on the final day of service. You’ll receive an invoice immediately after booking showing both payments, with clear due dates for your reference.
If you prefer to pay the remaining balance before the due date, you’re welcome to do so through your client account portal. Some clients choose this option to manage their cash flow or simply to check the payment off their to-do list early. However, if you take no action, our system will automatically process the second payment for you on the scheduled date.
