How to Manually Pay an Invoice

1. Log in to your client account using your credentials
2. Tap the ☰ menu (top left corner)
3. Select Pay Now
4. View open invoices with: Total | Due Date | Balance Due
5. *(Auto-pay happens at 5am on due date – skip to step 6 to pay early!)
6. Enter payment amount next to
7. Optional: Add a tip
8. Select your payment card
9. Click Pay Now at the bottom of the page

Heads Up!
The only time we’d ask you to pay manually is if your card on file gets declined and we send you your open invoice. Otherwise, our auto-pay system handles everything and no action is needed!

Adding Tips During Payment

Want to thank our team in the form of a generous tip? There are several ways to leave tips on services, but if you are choosing to pay on an invoice, here’s that process:

1. Log in to your client account using your credentials
2. Tap the ☰ menu (top left corner)
3. Select Pay Now
4. On the payment page, look for the Tip field
5. Enter your desired tip amount
6. The system will:
   • Show the total (any service payment + tip)
   • Distribute tips evenly across services on the most recent invoice in your account
7. Select your payment card
8. Click Pay Now at the bottom of the page

100% of tips go directly to your pet care team! You can also set up automatic, pre-loaded tipping under My Info.

Updating Your Billing Information

Keeping your payment details current ensures uninterrupted service:

Adding/Updating Your Card on File:

1. Log in to your client account using your credentials
2. Tap the ☰ menu (top left corner)
3. Select Billing > Billing Info
4. Select “Yes” for Keep Credit Card on File
5. Enter or update your:
   • Payment Method
   • Name on Card
   • Card Number
   • Expiration Date
6. Verify your billing address matches your card statement
7. Click Save at the bottom of the page

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover

All payment information is protected with bank-level encryption to ensure your data stays safe.

At this time, we do NOT accept cash, checks, or digital wallets (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay) for automatic payments.
