When we onboard new clients at Hands N Paws, we ask that they create their client accounts in Precise Petcare. This is our third-party software (and app) in which we facilitate and manage client relations.
When new clients schedule their initial meet n greets (by clicking any of the Get Started buttons on our site), they will be directed to choose a day/time to schedule the event. Once that’s done, they will receive an email that explains Precise Petcare, what it’s used for and why, along with a call-to-action prompting them to create an account. Accounts are then reviewed and finalized during the actual meet n greet event with each client.
From that point forward, clients can login to their accounts in Precise Petcare to perform any of the following:
- Schedule services
- Cancel services
- Input their personal information
- Input their pet information
- Pay & view invoices
- View journal reports on completed services
- Communicate with the team
- And more!
